New dose calibrator will improve efficiency

Now available in the UK is a new dose calibrator from Capintec that provides the high performance required to measure and prepare doses with high reliability, speed and accuracy.

The Capintec CRC-55tR includes a menu-driven, colour touch-screen interface that is easy to use and has an ion chamber that uses Capintec's time-tested, high pressure well designs capable of measuring a dose up to 250 GBq with high accuracy.

The innovative and highly functional design of the CRC-55tR provides a large, easy to read display that indicates nuclide name, number, activity, unit of measure and calibration number. Features such as USB/PC comminucations, printer capability, Ethernet software upgrades, plug and play chamber and expanded remote capabilities make the CRC-55tR a truly versatile instrument that will improbe the efficiency of any department.
