Connect to the MAS socket of the X-ray generator and the Piranha

The MAS-1 Probe is an invasive probe that together with the Piranha provides a direct reading of mA and mAs as well as waveforms.

When the MAS-1 is connected, the Piranha automatically identifies the probe and makes all necessary adjustments without any need for interaction from the user.

  • Simultaneously measures kV, dose, dose rate, and total filtration.
  • Can measure tube current for all modalities including fluoroscopic and radiographic exposures.
Ranges 0.001 mAs - 9999 mAs, 0.1 mA - 3000 mA
Accuracy ± 5% or ± 2 mA
