High-resolution spectroscopy and gamma-ray imaging
The M400iC contains everything you need for high-resolution spectroscopy and gamma-ray imaging. It has an integrated optical camera and contains the most advanced room-temperature semiconductor technology to achieve spectroscopic performance competitive with cryogenically cooled detectors. The detector module is compact , lightweight, quick, and has excellent energy resolution.
The M400iC can be integrated with:

Extra-High-Efficiency Option (M400iC-15)
Increase crystal volume to >29 cm3. Also available as a higher-resolution M400iC+-15 with no resolution guarantee.

M200iC

High-Resolution Option (M400iC+)
Improve energy resolution to ≤0.8% FWHM at 662 keV (coincident interactions combined) and ≤0.65% FWHM at 662 keV (coincident interactions separated).
